Indians will sometimes point out that Pepsi and Coca Cola should be boycotted because they contain high levels of pesticides and these companies are poisoning us.
Do you realize where those pesticides came from? Pepsi isn’t importing pesticides into the country to put in their drinks. The farmers of india have poisoned the ground water by using chemical pesticides, many of which are banned in other countries.
Pepsi is just taking natural ground water, and after filtering and purifying, still pesticide residue remains. When the water remains contaminated even after purifying, what will be the state of the unfiltered ground water the common Indian is drinking.
It’s not that Pepsi is poisonous and our ground water is pure. Our natural ground water has been destroyed by all of us. Our water and our food is all poisonous. It isn’t something unique to Pepsi or Coca Cola.
